Third Avenue from Rose Street to Main Street will be closed Wednesday through Thursday for utility work. The area will include the parallel parking strip in front of City Hall. Local access between Main Street and the alleyway that serves American West Bank and City Hall will be allowed. Detours will be in place. Emergency vehicles will not have through access.
