WALLA WALLA - Walla Walla Community College is seeking information on a suspected bomb threat made on the campus Monday.
The threat, discovered in a second-floor bathroom by a custodian about 3:30 p.m., was written in the bathroom and stated that a bomb would explode on Tuesday.
The Walla Walla Police Department conducted a search of the immediate area, and found no explosive devices or suspicious items, said Clint Gabbard, the college's vice-president of student services. Police advised people to be alert for suspicious activity or items. Anyone with information is asked to call 527-4686.
The college plans to open as usual Tuesday.
In an all-campus alert, the college advised staff, faculty or students who felt unsafe attending Tuesday to contact their supervisor or instructor.
