Lenten concert set for Sunday afternoon at Pataha Flour Mill


POMEROY -- Baritone/organist Mark Newman of Clarkston will join tenor/pianist Jon Van Vogt of Pomeroy for a special Lenten/Easter concert Sunday at 4 p.m. The concert will be held in the Houser Room at Pataha Flour Mill.

The event will celebrate the acquisition of an A.B. Chase grand piano and the refurbishing of a three-manual Conn organ, and will include the formal dedication of the instruments.

Favorite songs about the Cross and the Resurrection will be featured including the well known classic "The Holy City" by Stephen Adams.

Admission is free. A free will offering will be received for the continued revitalization and preservation of the Flour Mill. Refreshments will follow the concert. For more information call 509-843-3799.
