WENATCHEE - Two-time defending NWAACC champion Walla Walla Community College scored at will and rolled to an 11-0 victory over Wenatchee Valley in East Division women's soccer action here Saturday afternoon.
The Warriors, ranked No. 1 in the latest NWAACC poll, improved their league-best record to 13-0 and their overall mark to 15-0-1.
WVC, currently last in the East standings, is 1-10 and 2-12.
Sami Hansen, who paced WWCC with a hat trick, utilized a Kaylie Winston assist to put WWCC on the board in the ninth minute.
Winston added a goal of her own, her 20th of the season, two minutes later and Hansen made it 3-0 at the 32-minute mark.
Jordan Rodriguez and Sam Johnson added to Walla Walla's advantage with goals in the 36th and 39th minutes, respectively, and Hansen completed her trifecta in minute 41 to give the Warriors a 6-0 lead going into halftime.
Emily Jordan scored WWCC's seventh goal in the 56th minute and Marie Monasterio made it 8-0 at the 57-minute mark.
Shae Yuma marked at 61 minutes, Rodriguez tallied in minute 75, and Jordan closed out the scoring in the 81st minute.
Goalie Courtney Hancock registered the shutout for Walla Walla.
The Warriors continue league play Wednesday when they host Columbia Basin at 1 p.m.
