Counterpoint to evolution theory needed

So, evolutionary theory is getting better with age? Only if your fundamentalist faith in Darwinism takes precedence over scientific facts.

A scientist who rejects Dobzhansky’s maxim (nothing makes sense in biology except in the light of evolution) is a far better scientist than the one who accepts it uncritically. Natural science is based on factual evidence. Those who start with a preconceived paradigm and distort the factual evidence to support it are not pursuing science.

The Bible exhorts us to “Study to show thyself, approved.” Educate yourself by reading some excellent books from evolutionary scientists on the insufficiency of evolutionary theory before accepting Steve Luckstead’s religious dogma.

I suggest “Icons of Evolution” by Jonathan Wells, Ph.D. in molecular and cell biology; “Darwin’s Black Box” by Michael Behe, Ph.D. in biochemistry; “Origins: A Skeptics Guide to the Creation of Life” by Robert Shapiro, Ph.D. in chemistry; and “Evolution, A Theory in Crisis” by Michael Denton, M.D.

Malcolm Muggeridge opined, “I believe evolution will be viewed as one of the greatest hoaxes of the 20th century. Posterity will marvel that so many were deluded by a theory that had so little evidence or facts to support it.”

Romans I says it best: “For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse ... Who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator?”

What is evolution? It is an illegally tax-funded state religion that is allowed to openly proselytized in our public schools and whose disciples exert a totalitarian authority to deny any voice but their own in matters of science.

If the U-B actually had a legitimate interest in educating its readership in science, it would provide a counterpoint column to respond to the fundamentalist evolutionary religious dogma Steve Luckstead preaches in his column.

Guillermo, Guillermo...here you go again! According to creationism, and the Bible the World is 4,000 years old, is flat and the sun girates around it. Wake up man, today is Tuesday 18, 2012!

One thing that nearly all scientists who don't believe in evolution have in common is a belief in Christianity. It is that faith that interferes with their acceptance of the science regarding this matter. Most people that believed the world was flat didn't change their minds they just died off. If we are patient the day will come when people will have the religiosity that will prevent them from understanding evolution.
