Thefts, Burglaries

WW Police

  • ABC Iron Works, 708 W. Pine St. Tools and electronics reported stolen from trailer.

Columbia County Sheriff

  • 100 block of Spring Lane, Pomeroy. Residential burglary reported.


WW County Sheriff

  • 1000 block of Highway 12, Waitsburg. Deputies arrested a 64-year-old man for fourth-degree assault after the man allegedly attacked the owner of Irving’s Leather during an argument.


WW Police

  • Second Avenue and Alder Street, 8:53 p.m., Tuesday. Two vehicle collision: possible injuries reported.
  • Whitney Road and Plaza Way, 10:34 a.m., Tuesday. Rear end collision: no injuries reported.


WW County Sheriff

  • 100 block of Main Street, Touchet. Graffiti on a rail car reported.

MF Police

  • 200 block of Northwest Sixth Avenue. Pickup truck reportedly vandalized.
