Walla Walla

A 49-year-old man reportedly crashed his vehicle into a parked car on Poplar Street in front of Providence St. Mary Medical Center during a “diabetic emergency,” according to police. The man was transported by ambulance to Providence St. Mary Medical Center. An iPod and jacket were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block of Granville Street.

Police cited a 61-year-old man for shoplifting a single steak from Loney’s Harvest Foods.

Fuel reportedly stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of Eagan Street.

A 40-year-old woman turned herself in to the Walla Walla County Jail for a misdemeanor failure to comply warrant.

Dayton

A farmer reported a low-flying helicopter was upsetting his cows. Dispatchers discovered the aircraft was being used by a biologist to do a falcon population study for windmill companies.

A Dayton High School student reported a stolen wallet stolen.

A deputy investigated a report that a dog was left in a vehicle. After determining the animal had food, water and sufficient airflow, the deputy warned the dog’s owner to find a better way to take care of the pet.

Milton-Freewater

Two vehicles collided on Highway 11 near Stateline Road. No injuries werereported.

Truck mirror reported damaged in the 700 block of South Mill Street.

Bike reported stolen in the area of North Elizabeth Street.

Umatilla County

A man reported finding a black motorcycle abandoned near Hood Road and Lone Fir Road. The bike was listed as a stolen vehicle.

An Appleton Road resident called to report excessive noise from orchard fans.

Arrests

WW County Sheriff

Robin L. Flick, 32, Troutdale, Ore., Wednesday. Charge: investigation of second degree theft.
