Walla Walla meets The Big Easy in a special cross-country trip coming from the Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce.
A Culinary Tour of New Orleans is heating up, according to a post on the business membership organization’s Facebook page. The six-day tour may be led by Walla Walla chef Andrae Bopp.
There will be dining tours, including lunch on the Creole Queen, shopping for food in the market and cooking it with Bopp and more.
The trip will take place in November. Participants will fly out of Walla Walla and stay in the heart of the French Quarter. Trips are all listed at under $2,000, double occupancy. For details, call the Chamber at 525-0850.
