Annette Skiles, 53, 424 S. Seventh Ave., was sentenced April 10 on two counts violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $82.40 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 36 months and one day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 70 days served, 12 months community custody.  On March 28, Skiles pleaded guilty to delivering oxycodone within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop designated by the school district on or about Oct. 15 and possessed methamphetamine on or about Jan. 29.

Karma C. Atencio Stokes, 41, 1626 Portland Ave., was sentenced April 15 on one count second-degree theft. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $104.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 33 days in the county jail, credit for 33 days served, 12 months community custody. On Dec. 24 Stokes pleaded guilty to taking merchandise from Shopko with a value exceeding $750 but not exceeding $5,000 with intent to derive the owner on Aug. 31.

Adam A. Trujillo, 45, Hermiston, No. 2, was sentenced April 15  on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 45 days in the county jail, credit for 45 days served, 12 months community custody.  On April 1 Trujillo pleaded guilty to having a small amount of methamphetamine on his person when he was arrested on a warrant on March 1.
