ROSALIA — Mackenzie Reddish scored 30 points and pulled down 12 boards to lead Rosalia past Pomeroy Saturday, 50-24, in a Southeast 1B girls basketball game.

“We had trouble with scoring the ball tonight,” Pomeroy coach Nettie Severs said. “We also didn’t take care of playing good defense on Reddish, she scored a majority of their points.

“We just didn’t come ready to play and it was a tough game.”

Delaney Monahan led Pomeroy with eight points. The Pirates were outrebounded 28-16.

Pomeroy (4-11, 2-9 SE1B) plays again Friday at home against Liberty Christian at 6 p.m.
