Edward P. Humbert, 17, Kent, Wash., was sentenced Jan. 18 on two counts each second-degree possession of stolen property and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and one count each third-degree theft and minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 36 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 36 days served, 12 months community supervision, 40 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Jan. 11 Humbert pleaded guilty to twice knowingly possessing, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen access devices and withholding from the true owners; to possessing less than 40 grams marijuana; to using drug paraphernalia; and to consuming or possessing liquor; all on Dec. 10.
Dakota J. Judkins, 13, Yakima, was sentenced Jan. 18 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included six months community supervision, 20 hours community service. On Jan. 18 Judkins pleaded guilty to wrongfully obtaining
Bryce and Stephanie Goodridge.
