WALLA WALLA — Police arrested Dustin D. Baker on investigation of first degree child molestation, Monday, after receiving a report that the 38-year-old had inappropriately touched a young girl four years ago.
According to documents presented in court this morning, the allegations came to light after the girl, 14, came into contact with Baker at her school, where he works as a custodian. The victim, according to court documents, alleged Baker touched her breasts on three separate occasions when she was 10 years old.
Walla Walla police Sgt. Steve Potter said the molestation investigation does not appear to be linked to the school, nor to school activities.
Baker has been lodged in the Walla Walla County Jail on investigation of first degree child molestation. Bail has been set at $25,000.
