Stevie Jo Spencer, 34, 339 Fourth Ave., was sentenced Jan. 25 on one count second-degree possession of stolen property. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $179.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for 26 days served. On Jan. 22 Spencer pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing, receiving, retaining, concealing or disposing of a stolen property, knowing the property had been stolen and withheld the property from the true owner on or about June 13.

Nicholas A. Tucker, 27, 1955 Whitman St., was sentenced Jan. 28 on one count second-degree burglary. The sentence included restitution of $403.55, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 12 months and a day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 129 days served. On Jan. 14, Tucker pleaded guilty to unlawfully entering a building other than a residence with intent to steal property on Sept. 13.

Tamika Marzette-Blakely, 37, Yakima, was sentenced Jan. 28 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $102.80 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 12 months community custody. On Nov. 19 Marzette-Blakely pleaded guilty to delivery of marijuana and the delivery occurred within a state correctional facility on Aug. 24.

Amber D. Nelson, 31, 430 E. Oak St., was sentenced Jan. 28 on one count each violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 264 days in the county jail with 277 days suspended, credit for 89 days served, 24 months community custody. On Dec. 20 Nelson pleaded guilty to unlawfully possession heroin and to being in actual physical control of a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating drugs on Nov. 2.

Zachary T. Koehler, 25, 380 S. Fourth Ave., was sentenced Jan. 28 on one count second-degree theft. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 55 days in the county jail, credit for 55 days served, 12 months community custody. On Dec. 17 Koehler pleaded guilty to wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property of a value exceeding $750 but less than $5,000 with intent to deprive the owner, Shopko, of the property on Dec. 1.

Darryl A. Schrock, 35, last known address, 1021 N. Clinton St., was sentenced Jan. 29 on one count each violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and third-degree theft. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 364 days in the county jail, credit for 46 days served, 12 months community custody. On Jan. 29 Schrock pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine and to taking property belonging to Shopko worth less than $750 with intent to deprive the owner of the property on Dec. 14.

JUVENILE CASES

Johnny Pacheco, 16, 315 N. Park St., was sentenced Jan. 25 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 30 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Jan. 11 Pacheco pleaded guilty to consuming alcohol while under 21 years of age on Aug. 28, 2011.
