I want to assure the flying public that the Walla Walla Control Tower is open and continues to provide air traffic control service. We know pilots depend on us for a safety measure that can’t be provided without a control tower.
Until they force us out of the tower we will continue to provide the best possible service.
The annual Runway Safety and Pilot Forum is set for 6:30 p.m. March 13. We have some great speakers lined up. I encourage all pilots and others interested to attend.
The airport will be undergoing more construction this spring and details will be put out that affect all pilots.
