Walla Walla

A resident in the 00 block of North Wilbur Avenue reported a bike taken from his backyard Wednesday overnight.

A residential burglary at the 200 block of Brock Street was interrupted Saturday at 10:20 p.m. The intruder fled with no items.

Walla Walla County

A laptop was reported stolen Thursday around noon from a residence on the 400 block of North College Avenue.


A single vehicle accident with injuries occurred at 6:20 a.m. today 16 miles west of town. Washington State Patrol reported that James L. Mack, 46, of Hermiston was heading east on SR 124 when he drifted off the road and struck the guardrail and rolled his 1981 Plymouth Horizon. Mack was transported to Kennewick General Hospital. The cause was reported as inattention.


A two vehicle collision with injuries occurred at SR 125 and Old Milton Highway Thursday 12:40 p.m. According to Washington State Patrol, Maclovia Kroum, 77, of Walla Walla was stopped at the signal light in a 2003 Chevy Cavalier when she was struck from behind by a 2004 Dodge Caravan driven by Peter Pope, 69, of Richland. Kroum was transported to Walla Walla General Hospital where she was treated and released. Pope was uninjured. The cause was reported as inattention.

The legs were broken off the bench in front of Jody’s Dog Grooming, 619 N. Main St., Thursday overnight.

A barbecue was stollen from a residence on Miller Street within the last few days.

A Robins Street resident reported someone threw something at her window and broke it.

Kyrstian Allen, 21, city resident. Charge: investigation of four Umatilla County felony warrants.
