Interesting enough Turner only received 40+ percent of the vote in the primary, unheard of for a well respected Sheriff!

This is great; however, my main concern is they don't lure retailers from the downtown area and decimate it in the process. Then our community would be no better off than it is now!

Another example of just how much Turner is costing taxpayers! When will it end!!! Any one with ANY law enforcement or legal experience is familiar with extradition laws but apparently they were ignored in this case! This information would be included in basic training, NOT advanced training for law enforcement officers!

no we don't!! He overstepped his responsibilities and boundaries as the County Coroner, so much so that every law enforcement and fire agency complained about him and wouldn't work with him. There is a reason he lost the election to a relative newcomer ~ he didn't do a good job!

Sorry, I'm of the opinion he just wants to be an elected official! First he unsuccessfully ran for County Commissioner, considered running for County Clerk and now is running for County Auditor!
